It's an easy feature, it will just take a bit of design work to fold in.

Check back in a few weeks!

Re: http://www.rev2.org/2006/10/04/slideshare-launches-youtube-for-slides/

Mike,
What a good point you have. If they did THAT, then it would prove really usefull.

And ironically, I ran into a situation a few days ago which this could easily solve. After hearing so much about the 'Good Designer Bad Designer' presentation by Cameron Moll (http://www.cameronmoll.com/archives/001266.html) , I wanted to listen and watch it, but I was only able to either hear the audio or scroll through the slideshow, but not play them synchronously.

I ended up having to do this manually and follow Cameron through the slides with my gut feeling.

Re: http://www.rev2.org/2006/10/04/slideshare-launches-youtube-for-slides/

The only problem I see with this being a sharing site like YouTube is that presentations aren't meant to stand alone - they're supposed to enhance the speaker. What they need (bearing in mind that I haven't used the site) is a way to also have commentaries, or notes to go with the slide show.
