Recurrent achilles (right) problem when i perform training runs over 6 miles. Now resting for two weeks - any ideas on active recovery/cross training so as not to loose fitness (10k race in 4 weeks!).

Wow thats awesome . I didn't know about this website . It sounds cool. The site also allows runners from all over the world to interact with each other and exchange opinions on their workout routines.
