I admit I'm a bit biased, but as far as calendars go, Jotlet.net is definitely worth a mention.

Jotlet's super easy to use, and we're upgrading constantly. You can even publish some or all of your calendar to your own URL on Jotlet.net, or even to your own website.

    Hi,

I'm looking for a tool that will let me comment directly on a web page (like a sticky note or similar type of thing) and then share that page along with the comment to my coworkers. So...they view the page and see my sticky. And then they can add their own sticky. Do you know of a program that would do this, or something similar?

For project management tools you should also check out Huddle (www.huddle.net) - really easy to use and cheaper than Basecamp!

you might want to note that google calendar has a lot of companies using its api to enhance the experience. ive tried a few of them and settled on calgoo www.calgoo.com cause it let me sync my outlook and import icals along with the sync with google. very useful app that has been slowly improving. when i first started using it it wasnt that good - let it go for a while and then came back to it once they went beta.

Check out 1time for time tracking. Loads of handy features without being bloated for a company like ours.
