I'm not a fan of koolim.com. I've never used it for more than an hour because it just annoys the hell out of me... it's a very unimaginative application which just copied the basic function of meebo, applied its own uncreative user interface, and presented it as a new application. I wouldn't be surprised if koolim didn't make it big.

nice site, but lacks speed and features, i will stock with koolim for now.
we actually did a lot of research on ads, its not a bad option, everyone uses ads, at this time after our research, we ebelieve that ads is to early and not the best route for our user base at this time.

Of course...I'm not alone..but we always sign with our names... And about ads...you are right,is too early...if you can,try to don't be the first one in using ads on your IM.

Ebuddy, the biggest uses ADS :) Iloveim.com, the third biggest uses ADS, Messengerfx, a new comer uses ADS.
There is nothing wrong with using ADS, if the users like the service, they will come back, its that simple, google has ads, thats how they make all thier money, same with most other web properties :)
